This Basic Education Examination (BEE) (Nepali: आधारभूत तह परिक्षा) is an Examination taken at the District Level, especially for Eighth Grade (class 8th) in Nepal. The District-Level Examination (DLE) (Nepali: जिल्ला स्तरीय परिक्षा) is now known as Basic-Level Examinations (BLE). The examination is coordinated by the country’s District Education Offices.

Last year, according to routine, the examination of Grade Eight (8)-BLE was scheduled for 2076/11/28 (Wednesday) and ended on 2076/12/05 (Wednesday). In general, the BLE result was published in May.

To check the BLE results, you can visit the official website of the Kathmandu Metropolitan City Department of Education (KMCDOE) at

  3. Select the current year “2081”
  4. Enter your password
  5. Now you have to enter your 10-digit registration number and date of birth
  6. Submit the information: Click on the “Submit” or “View Result” button after providing the required details.
